| I was looking through the cows today. I was looking for a my favorite cow. 71. I started to wonder, why is 71 my favorite. Basically, she contains the most stuff in the smallest package. Like the preverbial 50 pounds of stuff in a 25 pound bag. So then I was wondering what could I do to make the rest of the cows look kind of like her. Basically, I want them shorter legged, roomy, girthy, fleshy. Then the thought occured to me, why not just cross them with a basset hound. So who's got the best picture of a cow or bull that looks the most like a basset hound. I am I wrong to want this? I wish I could post a pic of 71. [img][/img]. Somebody want to send me instructions on how to post pics?
So if you could cross cattle with any other animal which would it be and why? --Mine is the basset hound.
Slow, docile, big yet small, gentle.
Let the flaming begin. | |

| Why not just raise basset hounds and slow rabbits? Is a basset hound a dwarf? | |

| I'd cross my cows with a turkey so they could live on grasshoppers. Besides anything that can eat and breath through it's pecker would add to the genetics of any species.
Jack dreaming about gene splicing. |

| Was that thing winning the darwin award for cattle breeding? That has to be one of the strangest cows I have ever seen. I bet that thing can kick. Seriously did you somehow photoshop that thing?. Never mine the basset hound, I think I'll stick with cows. YIKES.

| No that's for real - it's a prize winning, fat cattle show prospect sold in England. I don't think it could kick actually, looks too uncomfortable on the back legs, probably can't walk very well either. | |

| Cattle breeders swing like a pendulum do. If you cant sell them now just wait a year or two. Prices go up and prices go down. Here we all go around and around.
theres a Jim on the left and another on the right. you know it aint going to end till they have a good fight . one likes them big the other one small. in the end the packer takes them all.
one feeds corn the other one grass both are right or you can kiss their ass they both have one hell of a sale both are sure that they will never fail
