| How would you expect this little bull to breed on straight Angus cows? He is one-half Lowline Angus. His dam is a five frame 16 year-old purebred Angus cow. |

| MK, Now that would be an unlikely alliance. Our Lowline project goals were strictly to come up with a smaller framed heifer for my daughter to have for 4-H. This little half Lowline bull calf is really good and I was pondering his possibilities other than a band. I thought perhaps he'd be a good heifer bull or downsizer of big cows. I believe he would also work well in a grassfed beef program. He really is a nice, eye-catching calf. |

| Why is it assumed that small animals work best for a grassfed beef program? With a large, high yielding carcass, one cow's calf can feed two families instead of one...more dollars, more efficient. | |
